Group Exercise

We have two large group exercise spaces within HALC, in addition to our gym floor, cycle studio and multi-purpose room.

Boasting a huge 300sq metres group exercise room, you will be able to enjoy a huge range of fitness classes. Whether you are looking forward to a Body PUMP class, Zumba, Boxing or many of our other great classes there will be no shortage of options.  

The second program room is a versatile multi-purpose room that is used for Yoga, Pilates and other wellness programs. The size and configuration of the room can be altered depending upon the class.

All rooms are fully air-conditioned, and well-appointed with the latest equipment to make sure you get the most out of your workout.
