Hawthorn Aquatic and Leisure Centre are running the next Full Moon Meditation on Friday 22nd of June at 7:30 pm.
This is opportunity to continue to enjoy the benefits that Mindfulness offers to many around the world, including:
- Improving depression / anxiety
- Improving obesity
- Aiding with stress
- Increasing energy levels
It will be completely free for all to attend! This is a fantastic opportunity to get along, put some time aside for yourself and experience “Mindfulness”.
