Fundamentals Introductory sessions

What: 30 minute sessions covering all basic functional movements

  • Session 1 – Squats
  • Session 2 – Push movements
  • Session 3 – Pull movements
  • Session 4 – Hinge movements

Why: To provide technical cues, support and guidance to members who want to learn these movements - either before they enter a PZ Strength class, or for general use.

When: Each session will run twice throughout the week – starting from Monday 29th of April (times to be confirmed and shared online)
Members will have their own Fundamentals sheet to record and keep their results safe!
