Introducing the Group Programming schedule

We are excited to launch our re-designed programming schedule (formally the Group Fitness Timetable) across the Boroondara Leisure Facilities. We hope the new design will make it easier for you to select classes and get the workout experience you are looking for.

Below is a guide to the new timetable

Classes are grouped according to their category of programming. If you love one class in a particular category there is a great chance you'll love others. Mixing up your workout ensures you will keep improving and achieving the results you are after. The name of the category is displayed on the left side of the categories. For definitions of the name, check out the back cover of the schedule.

Each program has been shaded to let you know the intensity of the class. This way you can select your class based on how you are feeling on the day.

The coloured triangle in the top left hand corner of each program, lets you know where the class is located.

Location Key is on the bottom of the timetable.
