Get Active and involved with a group fitness class – a great total body workout for all ages and fitness levels.


A fun combination of ballet, Pilates and body weight training targeting the core, along with the upper and lower body muscle groups to tone muscle, improve flexibility and balance and align posture.


BODYBALANCE® is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.


Set to music. Use your choice of weights to challenge all your major muscle groups with exercises like squats, presses, lifts & curls. Fantastic for toning.


bodyART is an intense holistic and functional mind and body workout combining strength, flexibility, cardio and breathing. Based on the principles of yin and yang and the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, energetic moves are combined with controlled postures that incorporate strength, internal awareness and balance, giving the program a unique rhythm and flow. 


A technique based boxing class, still has fundamentals of your cardio box to really lift your heart rate but Tom will focus more on bringing that up through technique training.


Includes boxing, skipping, core & cardio in a fun challenging class. We recommend bringing your own inners for the boxing gloves/pads.


An indoor ride set to music utilising speed work & interval training. A great cardio workout! All classes require you to bring your own earphones as we run a silent cycle room.


A shorterned 30 minute version of our Cycle class designed to get your heart rate lifted. This high intensity cycle class is sure to test even the best of cyclist.


No Instructor? No worries. Come enjoy our cycle studio, bring your headphones and with help of the Wexer come in for a 45 minute cycle class with a predetermined workout that the program will take you through.


An all-inclusive Dance Class for all abilities and all bodies. No dance experience is required! Open to adults with any neurological challenges.


A low impact class involving DEEP WATER aqua moves, using flotation belts, noodles and aqua dumbbells. This is a great way to deal with and prevent injury, whilst maintaining fitness levels. Ideally arrive 5 minutes early to fit the aqua belt.


A challenging cardiovascular class with interval / sprint training using flotation belts. Technique is all important as we use the water as resistance to tone, strengthen and burn kilojoules.  This is a great way to deal with and prevent injury whilst maintaining fitness levels. Suitable for all levels. It is recommended you arrive 5 minutes early to fit the aqua belt.


A fun dance class that incorporates low/high intensity cardio and strength moves in an easy-to-follow, friendly environment. The class includes simple steps, a variety of music styles and a party atmosphere. It’s guaranteed to get you dancing your way to a fitter you!

Emphasising core stability & posture, mat work Pilates is great for improving flexibility, muscle strength and alignment.


This is a beginner level class for seniors who want to maintain and improve their independence and daily activities. The class has a strong balance component and is welcoming and friendly. All classes are open to restricted members. 


A welcoming and friendly 45 minute class for intermediate to fit people 50+. Activities involve using bands, balls, steps and weights that will improve balance, core strength and flexibility.


A strength based class suitable for intermediate level participants 50+. Run in a circuit structure involving balance and core, along with different strength exercises.


A cycle class designed specifically for older adults (50yrs+) where everyone can work at their own pace.


Learn a new dance style every week! Latin, Hip Hop, Swing and Bollywood your way into fitness with these simple and classic dance steps. Suitable for all fitness levels, no experience required.

Come along to the gym and Tom will assist you with warm up & cool down exercises which you can incorporate into your own workouts, to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.


These classes involve a range of upper and lower body strength, core and flexibility exercises for older adults. They are functional and relevant exercises related to daily activities and falls prevention. The atmosphere is welcoming, friendly, fun, social and provides an excellent workout to make you feel stronger, relaxed and feeling good. All classes are open to restricted members.


A water based class for older adults with arthritis, joint replacements, weak muscles, chronic pain or conditions that have mobility restrictions. The water provides support for the body while you stimulate your muscles, assist with joint pain and improve flexibility and balance. Participants do need to be competent in water.


Yoga creates energy, strength, flexibility and wellbeing whilst aligning and balancing the body, mind and spirit.


YogaHIIT combines the discipline of yoga and the workout of HIIT training.  YogaHIIT gives you Yoga’s strength, flexibility, concentration and mindfulness benefits paired with the cardio-endurance benefits of high intensity interval training. This is an intelligent workout based on bio-mechanical mobility, breath-movement synchronicity and staggered high-repetition strengthening & controlled, slower flexibility sequences.  Movement is focused on mindfulness, control and alignment.  On top of it all, YogaHIIT is fun and you’ll feel both energised and relaxed after.

Improve your swimming stroke and become more efficient in the water by learning how to correct common faults associated with rhythm and timing. A basic swimming ability is required.


Great for anyone wanting to improve their swimming performance and train in a motivating environment with the help of our qualified swimming coaches. Sessions are tailored to fit a range of levels, however a basic swimming ability is required.


Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion


All express classes go for 45 minutes.
